Everything on this website is published for general information. It describes what a product label prints, what a seller’s material states, and what neither of them says. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified health professional.

Nothing published here should be read as a promise that any product will produce any result for you. No trial has been published on this formula. Every outside source cited on this site examines a single ingredient, usually in a different preparation and at a different amount, and none of them studied this product.

The statutory position is printed in full on our disclaimer page and on the bottle itself: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No dietary supplement is FDA approved.

Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here, and do not stop taking a prescribed medicine because of it. If you take medication or have a medical condition, the label’s own instruction applies before ours: check with your doctor before using the product. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services rather than a website.

We take real trouble over accuracy. Every product fact on this site is read off the bottle artwork or the seller’s supplied pack, and where a detail was not supplied the page says so rather than filling the gap. Even so, this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and information may become out of date.

We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Where a correction is made, the last-updated date on the page moves forward. If you find a mistake, email [email protected] and tell us the page; corrections are the fastest thing this desk does.

Product packaging, formulation and labelling can change without our being told. Images on this site are photographs of the artwork supplied to us and may differ from the bottle you receive. Always read the label on the product in your hand, and follow its directions and warnings rather than a web page’s summary of them.

We do not warrant that this site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected. We make no warranty that the site or the server that makes it available are free of harmful components, and the site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to use it in a way that damages it, disables it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it. In particular you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code of any kind, or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site;
• use automated systems to load the site at a rate that could degrade it for other readers;

Third-party links

This site links out to material we did not write. Some of those links go to federal health resources and other outside sources, which are cited so that you can check what we say against them rather than take our word for it. Other links go to the marketplace checkout. We do not control any of those destinations, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it. Citing a federal health page does not mean that agency has reviewed, approved or endorsed this site or the product it describes.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page and moving the effective date forward. Your continued use of the site after a revision is published means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking the date at the foot of this page if it has been a while.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found by a body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is to be treated as severed from the rest. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect, and the severed provision is to be read down to the narrowest meaning that would make it enforceable rather than struck out entirely.

Entire agreement, and no waiver

These terms, together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer published on this site, are the whole of the agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. This site is operated from New York and is directed at buyers in the United States; we make no representation that its content is appropriate or available for use elsewhere, and if you access it from another location you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your own local law.
