This policy covers goglycobarrier.com, the website you are reading. It is written and maintained by Goglycobarrier, the USA Authorized GlycoBarrier Retailer, from an office at 304 Park Avenue South, Floor 11, New York, NY 10010, USA. It takes effect on September 22, 2026 and replaces any earlier version.
The most important thing to understand about this site is what it is. It is an information website about one dietary supplement. It publishes what the product label says, what the seller’s material says, and what neither of them says. It does not take payments. There is no shopping basket here, no card form and no account to create. When you decide to buy, the order button hands you to a separate marketplace checkout operated by somebody else, and everything that happens from that point — your name, your address, your card, your order history — happens under that operator’s privacy policy rather than this one.
That split runs through this whole document. Two sets of hands, two policies, and this one describes only the smaller set.

Collection
What this site collects
Server logs
Like essentially every website, this one sits behind a web server that keeps a log of requests. A log entry typically records the internet protocol address, the date and time, the page asked for, the response code, the referring page if there was one, and the browser string. We use these for the reasons logs exist: keeping the site up, finding broken links, and identifying automated abuse.
Basic analytics
We look at aggregate measurements of how the site is used: which pages are read, roughly how long people stay, which page they arrived on, phone or desktop, and broad geographic region. The purpose is editorial. Pages nobody finishes are usually pages we have written badly, and search terms arriving on the wrong page tell us a question is not answered where people look for it.
Anything you type into an email
If you write to [email protected], we receive whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the contents. That desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET and it handles this website — corrections, typos, privacy questions and press. Please do not send us payment card numbers, health information you would not want in an email, or passwords. We have no use for any of them and no reason to hold them.
Anything you tell the order desk
If you call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, you will be asked for the details needed to find that order: your name, the email on it and the order ID. That conversation exists to resolve your order and nothing else.
The other half
What this site does not collect
A privacy policy that only lists what is collected is half a policy. Here is the other half.
We do not take payments on this site. No card number, expiry date or security code is ever entered here, because there is nowhere to enter one. The accepted-payment-card row in the footer of this site is a picture describing what the marketplace accepts; it is not a form.
We do not operate accounts. There is no login, no password to set and no profile to build. Nothing on this site remembers who you are between visits beyond the ordinary cookie behaviour described below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing.
We do not collect health information from you. This site asks you no questions about your health, runs no quiz, and has no symptom form. If you volunteer something about your health in an email, we will read it in order to answer you, and we would rather you did not.
We do not receive your order details automatically. Purchases complete on a separate marketplace. What reaches this side of the line is commercial reporting — that orders happened and in what volume — rather than a list of buyers. The order desk can look up an order when you call and give it the order ID; that is a lookup you initiate, not a feed we hold.
Who else is involved
Third parties
This site is small, and so is the list of outside parties involved in running it. Rather than name vendors we might change next quarter, we describe the categories, which is the part that actually affects you.
Hosting and content delivery. The company that serves these pages necessarily processes the request data described above, because that is what serving a page consists of.
Analytics. A measurement provider processes the aggregate usage data described above on our behalf.
Email. Our mail provider processes messages sent to the website desk, as any mail provider must.
Web fonts. This site loads typefaces from a third-party font service. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to that service, which necessarily discloses your IP address and browser string to it.
The marketplace. The operator of the checkout is an independent business, not a supplier working to our instructions. When you follow the order link you leave this site and enter theirs. Read their privacy policy on their own pages; we cannot summarise it accurately here and will not try.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to investigate suspected abuse of the site. Those are the only two circumstances.
Limits
Children under 13, and how long data is kept
This website is intended for adults, and the product it describes is labelled for Adults 18 and over. The bottle itself prints “KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN”.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and nothing on this site is directed at children. There is no account to create, no form to complete and no quiz to take, which removes most of the ways a site of this kind might collect a child’s details in the first place.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to the website desk, email [email protected] and we will delete the message and any record of it.
How long anything is kept
Server logs are retained only as long as they are useful for security and diagnosis, which is a period measured in weeks rather than years, and are then discarded on a rolling basis. Aggregate analytics are kept as statistics about pages rather than as records about people. Email correspondence with the website desk is kept for as long as it takes to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again about the same thing, then deleted. Records relating to an order are held by the marketplace and by the order desk for as long as the law requires records of a sale to be kept.
US state privacy law
Your rights, in general terms
Privacy law in the United States is written state by state rather than nationally, and the rights available to you depend on where you live. Several states have now passed comprehensive consumer privacy statutes, and the rights they grant overlap heavily. In general terms, and without pretending to summarise any single state’s statute, those rights tend to include:
- Access. To ask what personal information about you a business holds, and to be told the categories it has collected.
- Deletion. To ask that personal information about you be deleted, subject to exceptions where it must be kept.
- Correction. To ask that inaccurate personal information about you be corrected.
- Opt-out of sale or targeted advertising. To direct that your personal information is not sold or used for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information, so on this site there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination. To exercise any of the above without being treated worse for it.
Because this site holds so little, most requests we receive are answered quickly and in the negative sense: there is usually nothing about you here beyond a log line and, if you have written to us, an email thread. If your request is really about an order — an address, a card, a purchase history — it belongs with the marketplace that took the payment, and we will say so and point you there rather than let a request sit with the wrong party.

There is one route, and it is a person reading email rather than a form.
Write to [email protected], staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Put the word Privacy in the subject line so it is routed properly. Tell us what you are asking for — access, deletion, correction, or a question about this policy — and give us enough detail to find anything that might exist, which in practice means the email address you would have written to us from. We will not ask you for more identifying information than the request requires.
We aim to respond within the period the applicable state law allows. If we need longer, or if we cannot act on a request, we will tell you which and why. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf where state law provides for it; we will need reasonable proof of the authorisation.
Postal correspondence about this policy can be sent to 304 Park Avenue South, Floor 11, New York, NY 10010, USA. Returns go to a different address entirely, 3 Times Square, Floor 12, New York, NY 10036, USA, which is not the route for a privacy request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here and the effective date is moved forward. We keep no archive of superseded versions, so the date on this page is the thing to check. Material changes will be described in plain terms rather than absorbed quietly into a paragraph.
