GlycoBarrier Refund Policy

The published refund route in full: the call, the address, what goes in the box, who pays the postage and how long the money takes.

Written and reviewed by the GlycoBarrier Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026

Quick answer

Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 3 Times Square, Floor 12, New York, NY 10036, USA with your full name, the email on the order and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer and a tracked service is advised. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post the credit. The website desk at [email protected] cannot see orders, and there is no sales email address at all, so the phone line is the published route for anything attached to an order.

Five steps

How to get a refund, step by step

Call first, post second. Doing it the other way round produces a box at a returns desk that nobody is expecting.

  1. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480

Step one, and not optional. The published route for refunds is the phone line: orders, tracking, changes and refunds all sit with the same desk. Have the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you before you dial, and the screenshot of the window if you took one.

  2. Agree what is going back, and where

Whole bottles, part-used bottles, the whole pack or some of it — settle that on the call rather than deciding for yourself. The returns address is published below and it is not the same address as the office, so confirm you have the right one before you go to the post office.

  3. Put your details inside the box

Full name, the email address the order was placed under, and the order ID. Written on a sheet of paper and put in with the bottles. This is the single most common reason a return stalls: a parcel arrives and nobody can tell whose order it belongs to.

  4. Post it, tracked, at your own cost

Return postage is paid by the buyer, and a tracked service is advised. The tracking number is your evidence that the parcel arrived, and it costs less than the value of what is inside the box.

  5. Wait out both timings, and keep the receipt

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them. The card then takes 5 to 10 days to post the credit. Keep the postage receipt and the tracking number until the money is actually on the statement.

That is the whole route as published, and it is worth noting what it is not. It is not a web form that disappears into a queue, and it is not an email address that may or may not be monitored. It is a telephone number in the United States and a street address in New York, both printed in public.

In a category where the usual refund experience is a support ticket, that is a real strength, and we would say so even on a page whose job is to be careful about the things that are missing.

Two addresses

Where to send it, and what to put in the box

Two New York addresses, one for bottles and one for business. They are not interchangeable.

The returns address

3 Times Square, Floor 12
New York, NY 10036
USA

This is where bottles go. It is a different address from the office, and the difference matters, so both are printed here in full rather than left to be guessed at.

The office address

304 Park Avenue South, Floor 11
New York, NY 10010
USA

This is the business address. Do not post returns here. A parcel sent to the office is not lost, but it is a delay inside a window whose length is not published, which is a bad place to spend a week.

What goes inside the box

  • Your full name, as it was given on the order.
  • The email address the order was placed with.
  • The order ID from the confirmation email.
  • The bottles themselves, packed so that glass survives a courier.

Write the three details on a sheet of paper and put it in with the bottles. Do not rely on the shipping label alone: labels get scuffed, and a name on the outside of a box is not an order record.

Pack it like glass, because it is glass

These are amber glass dropper bottles. A broken bottle in a returned parcel is a question nobody can answer afterwards, so wrap each one and use a box rather than a bag.

Timing

How long a refund takes

Two published figures, one deliberate blank, and the order they happen in.

The published refund timings. Both figures come from the seller’s supplied pack.
StageHow longWhat is happening
You post the parcelYour postage, your choice of serviceReturn postage is the buyer’s. A tracked service is advised, because the tracking number is your only proof the box arrived.
The parcel is received and matchedNot publishedNo transit or handling time is stated in any source we hold. This is why the details inside the box matter: a parcel that can be matched to an order immediately does not wait.
The refund is approved and credited3 to 5 business daysThe published figure, counted from approval by the order desk.
The card posts the credit5 to 10 daysThis part is the bank’s rather than the seller’s, and it is normal for card refunds to take longer than card payments.

Keep the postage receipt and the tracking number until the credit appears on your statement, not until the parcel shows as delivered.

Read those two published figures together and the honest expectation is a matter of weeks rather than days from the moment you post the box, because the middle row has no number in it. That is not a criticism of the desk; it is simply what our sources do and do not state, and you are better off planning for the longer version.

The money also moves in the wrong order from your point of view. You pay the return postage first, then wait for approval, then wait for the card. Plan for the cost to be out before the refund is in, which is one more small argument for starting with a single bottle rather than six.

If the credit has not appeared once both published windows have passed, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the return tracking number. Those two numbers together are the whole conversation.

Routing

Which desk does what

Which desk does what. The routing here is unusually clear for this category, and one row of it is an absence rather than an address.

Two things worth being blunt about

The website email cannot see orders. [email protected] is the desk for this site: corrections, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It has no view of order records, so sending a refund request there does not start anything — it costs you a day inside a window whose length is not published.

There is no sales email address at all. We looked, and there is none in any material supplied to us. We could have invented a plausible one. A message sent to an address that does not exist bounces at best and vanishes at worst, and on a refund that is not a small inconvenience.

So the routing is simple, if slightly old-fashioned: anything attached to money or a parcel is a telephone call. All the published contact details →

Six limits

What a refund does not cover

It does not cover your return postage

The buyer pays to send bottles back. That is stated plainly in the material we hold, and it is one of the few refund terms that is.

It does not come with a published length

No window length exists in any document supplied to us. The listing is the only place the period is stated, which is why this site keeps telling you to screenshot it with the date visible before you pay.

It does not undo a wait for delivery

No shipping time is published either, so a slow parcel is not a refundable event described anywhere in our sources. If a delay is becoming serious, the conversation to have is with the order desk while it is happening.

It does not promise a result

A refund is about money, not about outcomes. No trial of this formula has been published, no timeline is stated as policy, and nothing on the label claims a change will happen to you.

It does not cover a bottle bought elsewhere

The route starts with an order ID this desk issued. An order placed through another seller has an order record this desk cannot see, look up or credit.

It does not replace medical advice

If you stopped taking it because something did not agree with you, tell your own clinician as well as the order desk. The bottle’s caution is to check with a doctor before use if you take medication.

Before you post anything, a short checklist

  • Have you called +1 (302) 200-3480 and been told to send it back?
  • Is the order ID written on a sheet inside the box, with your name and email?
  • Is it going to 3 Times Square, Floor 12, New York, NY 10036 — not the office?
  • Is the service tracked, and have you kept the receipt?
  • Do you still have the order email and the screenshot of the window?

Five yeses and the rest is waiting. If any answer is no, fix that one first.

And if something on this page turns out not to match what the listing or the desk tells you, we would rather know. Email [email protected] with the page name and what you were told. A correction moves the last-updated date at the foot of this page forward.
